The Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application (“App”), website (“Site”), and related services (“Services”). Please carefully read through all parts of this Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may modify the Privacy Policy. Notification of such a modification may be made by editing the publishing date at the top of this document, or on the landing page of our Site. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy on a regular basis to remain aware of the current terms. By using our App, visiting our Site, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to the practices and policies of this Privacy Policy.
What is covered by this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that is collected by us as part of your use of the App or Site. We collect only the Personal Information that we need in order for the App, Site, and Services to function or to be improved; or that you have chosen to share with us in order for us to personalize the Services; or to comply with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not control or own.

- Data imported into the App from third parties, such as videos that you upload
- Information related to any of your social media accounts which you have chosen to link to the Services

We collect and process your personal information as part of our commitment to provide the App and Services to you, and for the following purposes:
- To create your account;
- To personalize your experience in the App and Site;
- Keep our records up to date;
- Compliance with applicable laws;
- Develop and improve the safety or performance of the App, Site, or Services;
- Communicate with you regarding product announcements, such as new software updates;
- Respond to customer support requests;
- Provide ads that are relevant to your interests;
- Enforce our Terms of Service;
- You retain ownership of your User Content, but you agree that others may view, copy, and/or share your User Content as well.
Cookies

How we protect your Personal Information
Your username and password are unique to your account. Your password protects the privacy and security of your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential as well as preventing others from accessing your device or browser and thereby accessing your account and Personal Information. We make every effort to protect your privacy and security, but no security system is perfect. We make no guarantee that your Personal Information will remain secure at all times. Any Personal Information that you transmit to us is done at your own risk.
How long we keep your Personal Information
Your Personal Information will be stored with us for as long as you maintain an active, paid account. We may delete your Personal Information (including videos, and any other User Content) after 3 months of non-payment. If you choose to terminate your account, we will delete your Personal Information. To comply with IRS requirements, we may maintain transactional records for up to seven years.
Access to your Personal Information
At any time, you may contact us at support@klyprsports.com to request access to your Personal Information that we have collected from you. You may also request info on how we use your Personal Information and you may request that we make changes to correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information that we hold about you.
Our commitment to Children’s privacy
We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) definition of a child: 15 U.S.C., 6501-06 as well as the COPPA rules in relation to children’s privacy online: 16 C.F.R., 312.1-312.12. Your use of the site constitutes your representation that either: (A) you are thirteen (13) years of age or older; OR (B) you have obtained parent/guardian consent to use the App, Site, or Services. Klypr obtains verifiable parental consent by the credit card transaction needed to sign up for an account and use the App. You agree to provide all information that is needed to comply with COPPA.
This Privacy Policy serves as a direct notice to parents/guardians regarding our personal information collection practices, how we use this information, and the rights of parents/guardians in relation to this information. We limit the retention of children’s data to only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. For example, we may retain a subset of video clips for a longer period of time in order to validate updates to our models, but these will be anonymized and used strictly for this purpose alone. A parent/guardian may review their child’s personal information collected by us by submitting a request to support@klyprsports.com. Parents/guardians may request the deletion of any of their swing data from within the app or by submitting a request to support@klyprsports.com. Parents/guardians may revoke their consent and refuse any further collection or use of their child’s personal information for certain aspects of the Service while still using other aspects of the Service to the extent that doing so is feasible. Our process for authenticating the parent’s identity when they exercise these rights may involve email or phone call communications.
As a parent, it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy prior to using the App. If you are sponsoring a group, you bear the responsibility of ensuring that all members of your group are either thirteen (13) years of age or older, or have parent/guardian consent. If you believe that a user under the age of thirteen (13) has obtained an account without parent/guardian consent, please contact us at support@klyprsports.com. We reserve the right to terminate any account of a user under the age of thirteen (13) who is not in compliance with COPPA.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. When such revisions are necessary, we will update this Privacy Policy on the Site and the changes will be immediately effective. We will provide written notification via electronic mail or conventional mail. It is your responsibility to review the changes. Your continued use of the App and/or Site constitues your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Policies of third parties
The App or Site may have links to third party websites or apps that are not owned or controlled by us. The privacy polices of these third parties may have significant differences from this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of any third party website or app. It is your responsibility to review and accept or reject the Privacy Policy of any third party website or app.

We are required by law to be transparent about our collection and handling of your personal information.
